With us you will be responsible for
representing the user’s voice in our development projects
driving the design process from concept to the final solution
leveraging the entire design thinking process from researching user’s needs, leading the creativity process to prototyping and testing
working closely with our clients as well as requirements engineers and developers to create the best possible user experience
advising our clients on User Experience, Usability, Accessibility and Design Thinking
We expect you to have
empathy to understand user’s needs and curiosity to find out more
UX know-how and experience in designing user-centered solutions
analytical and conceptual skills
interest in leading and moderating workshops
expertise in working with current prototyping and design tools (eg. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure)
basic understanding of iOS/Android design guidelines
understanding or interest in Design Thinking
interest to learn and expand your knowledge and expertise in accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1)
understanding of current technologies and frameworks in frontend development (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, frameworks)
understanding of Scrum
interest to learn and expand your knowledge towards SAP technologies like SAP UI5 / SAP Fiori solutions
ability to handle discussions in German and English

a salary above the defined IT collective agreement of minimum EUR 3.190,00 per month. The amount of overpayment depends on your skills as well as your experience
