BOC Group develops and distributes software products and services for effective and comprehensive business management in times of digital transformation. Our products ADONIS (Process Management), ADOIT (Enterprise Architecture Management) and ADOGRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) create transparency in their respective domains and provide companies with solid decision support.

Your role

You will be significantly involved in the further development of our products and will put our users at the center of your activities

You will be responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating contextual interviews and usability tests with our users

You will work with colleagues in concept workshops to develop innovative solutions and ideas using various usability and design thinking methods

You will work closely with our product teams, product managers, UI designers and users

You ensure that our usability principles are met and will be involved in the further development of our style guide

You identify potential for further development of our products and independently contribute new ideas

Your profile

Responsible and solution-oriented work as a team player as well as independent project implementation with direct customer contact

Initial experience with usability methods such as heuristic evaluation, context interviews, usability tests and prototyping

Solid knowledge of design tools (we mainly use Figma) and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML)

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convincingly communicate know-how, ideas and solutions

Solid knowledge of business process management and/or enterprise architecture management is a plus

Attention to detail, an eye for the big picture and the exploration of new usability methods are your hallmarks

Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

The present position is offered for a minimum gross salary of 2,800 EUR/month (subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for a full-time employment). Higher payment according to qualification and experience is possible.
