Senior UI / UX Designer

Full-time / part-time (min. 30h) - m/f/d

Location: Vienna

Tasks

Your future role:
As Senior UI / UX designer you will

Improve the UI/UX design of our consumer sign-up and user portal in both the mobile and the web application
Elicit and assess user requirements
Draft user flows, UI mockups, and prototypes and align them within the organization (Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, Product&Dev)
Build UI component designs that can be easily used by the development team for implementation (Javascript/React/HTML/css/Storybook)
Provide guidance to our Junior UI/UX designer and other team members regarding User Experience and User Interface Design

Requirements

You bring…

5+ years of experience and a proven track record of UI/UX designs for mobile and web applications
Conceptual thinking and the ability to explain the rationale behind your user flows (UX) designs to stakeholders
A passionate eye for aesthetics, typography, colors, and UI details
Solid knowledge of Figma and design languages (Material Design)
Familiarity with tools like Jira & Confluence
Experience of working in an agile environment (with Scrum or Kanban)
Fluent in English, ideally also knowledge of German
