What you’ll do:

Eliminate Toil: While our engineering team is relentlessly working on implementing new features, you will be responsible to monitor the stability and quality of the software in production and enable engineering to continuously improve.
Clean Code, Reliable Software: Because you know exactly how the software behaves in production, you take things into your own hands and directly work with the engineers to improve their implementations.
Agile teams: Work alongside Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers & our Frontend team with colleagues from Sofia and Vienna.
Internal processes: In order to make our processes even more effective, efficient and scalable, you develop tools and workflows that help us to grow and improve.
Proactivity: You like to try out new things, have ideas to challenge the status quo, you are not afraid of mistakes and roll up your sleeves to make things happen. Besides that, you are a self-organized and independently working person.
Who you are:
Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience in (backend) web development, especially also with large scale distributed systems, and the administration of Kubernetes clusters.
You have a high level of experience with monitoring and logging solutions.
You are proficient in at least one of these programming languages: Go, JavaScript (NodeJS), Python.
You have experience with Apache Cassandra and ElasticSearch.
You are experienced with automation tools such as Jenkins as well as with configuration tools such as Ansible .
Working proficiency in English.
