What awaits you
As a Data Platform Architect, you advise customers and colleagues at technical and management level on ways to modernize existing solutions and build new ones. You plan, design and develop modern and highly automated data platforms for large customers in various industries.
You actively contribute to our standards and assets (e.g. reference architecture, blueprints, modernization framework) and implement your projects accordingly.
As an architect, you will also play a key role in technical coordination, proposal processes and as a technical consultant in presales activities.
Of course, you always keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to technologies and methods for data platforms, analytics and big/fast data.
We encourage active participation in professional conferences, community meetings and publishing activities from blog to book. Your education and training are especially important to us. Whether it's training, certification or coaching

What we are looking for
5+ years of experience as a data warehouse, data lake or data mesh architect and have always been actively involved in communication with technical specialists and executives.
Advanced skills in several relevant programming languages such as Java, Python, C# and are well-versed in several database technologies (e.g. RDBMS, Graph, KeyValue/WideColumn) as well as Big and Fast Data technologies such as Spark and Kafka
Confident in using cloud technologies in AWS or Azure. Modeling techniques like Data Vault, Dimensional etc. are not unknown to you.
An IT-oriented education is your technical foundation, and you are looking forward to a technical career with a leading data specialist.
Fluency in English and the regional language German
