In your new role you will:

Act as technical contact for internal and external customers in the area of chip surface metallization and passivation
Be responsible for project management and independent technical implementation of improvements
Apply various problem-solving methods to optimize yield and reliability
Select and develop process concepts (characterization of materials and interfaces by means of mechanical failure analysis, proof of stability and product compatibility of process blocks, preparation of monitoring concepts and evaluation of reliability tests, harmonization between manufacturing sites)
Be a part of the innovation management (active idea generation, support of feasibility studies of novel metal and protective coatings)
Actively work on knowledge building and hold trainings in the front end / back end community
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university or college degree with a focus on semiconductor technology, materials science or a comparable degree (e.g. Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering)
The willingness to travel to our production sites in Germany, Asia and America
Several years of work experience in the specified area of work
Project management experience (an advantage)
Very good knowledge of English and German
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
