Your Responsibilities
Realization of customer requirements with the help of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Development of technical concepts based on customer requirements in the area of marketing automation / campaign management
Design, development and customization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Subproject management of technical issues
Your Qualifications
Bachelor or master's degree in IT or natural sciences
3-5 years of professional experience as a user or consultant of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Good knowledge of Marketing Cloud administration and integration with other Salesforce products
Very good knowledge of data modeling and SQL queries as well as web development; especially email and landing page programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, etc.)
Good knowledge of Requirements Engineering and agile approaches (e.g. SCRUM)
Good knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs (especially the Marketing Cloud APIs)
Fluent in German & English (Business level)
