What Do We Provide?

What Are Your Tasks?

Conception, design, implementation and further development of platform components such as CI/CD pipeline solutions, analytics & monitoring, IaC, CaC, etc.

Independent realization, conception, design and implementation of (MicroService based) solutions (backend & partly frontend development) in close cooperation with other teams

Ongoing maintenance & operation of the (cloud) infrastructure

Co-design and continuous further development of DevOps processes

What Do We Expect?

Completed IT education or similar qualification

Good knowledge of the Linux environment as well as of standard softwares, such as nginx, Apache Tomcat, postgresql

Solid experience with container virtualization, as well as in container orchestration (Kubernetes)

Ideally knowledge in PHP or Python

First contact with client-side web technologies (HTML5/JavaScript/CSS)

Knowledge of configuration management (such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef) and cloud computing providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, MS Azure, etc.) is an advantage

Curiosity and a high degree of willingness to learn about challenging technical topics in the field of cloud computing

Friendly and communicative appearance as well as professional manners

Good English skills (both written and spoken)

The present position is offered for a minimum gross salary of 2,700 EUR/month (subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for a full-time employment). Higher payment according to qualification and experience is possible.
