Das erwartet Sie
In system administration, you will be responsible for planning, installing, configuring and maintaining the ICT infrastructure.
You will manage IT projects from planning through to target realisation in accordance with the project order in relation to contents, deadlines, quality and budget and manage the implementation of tasks in the work packages of a project.
You will perform process analyses and develop new concepts to optimise/digitise processes in the SAP environment collaboration with the technical areas.
You will collect and define requirements, come up with suggestions for implementation and develop user stories
Your tasks will include test management, i.e. you will check and evaluate software to ensure that the requirements defined for its use are met
You will act as the contact for stakeholders, internal departments, external partners and IT suppliers and represent the interests of Wiener Linien.
Das bringen Sie mit
Ideally you will have completed training with a leaving certificate ("Matura") or a degree focused on technology (IT) or economics.
You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience during which time you also worked as a project member or junior project manager.
You have very good knowledge of SAP in the module FI debtor accounting in relation to functionality and have yourself implemented customisings.
Ideally, you have already used Jira and/or Confluence.
Personally, you can demonstrate your ability to interact with highly different personalities equally well while also understanding complex situations quickly and communicate them as required for the given target group.
You are able to react flexibly to the changing requirements of agile project teams and are sufficiently patient to be happy long-term in a complex, changing work environment.
