In your new role you will:

Be responsible for the joint development of power SiC technologies in collaboration with Technology Development
Take technology ownership and drive volume ramp of new technologies
Support SiC capacity ramp activities
Define and implement cost-down and productivity measures
Define and drive measures to improve stability , yield and reliability
Run root cause analysis and define sustainable corrective actions in case of process deviations
Use advanced statistical method s to identify yield detractors and drive countermeasures
Su stain volume production by bringing in know-how about process and equipment capabilities

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree from University or University of Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or similar educational background
5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
Advanced power semiconductor technology and process knowledge
Familiarity with using advanced statistical methods and tools
Fluent English skills, German is an advantage
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
