Our Client, a Web Services Provider is looking for a Technical Product Manager/Owner (m/w/d)- Retail Platform to join their team. This role is based in Germany and can be done remotely within Germany.

Role & Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to extract and translate high level business and customer requirements for the creation of platform roadmapsActively participate, design, and optimise the microservices from initial concept through the development cycle to release ensuring functionality, quality, and scheduleWork closely with Engineering teams on a day-to-day basis, participate in daily stand ups, sprint planning & sprint retrospective meetingsIntegration planning with other Engineering teams for the launched microservicesPrioritise requirements to develop highly leveraged microservices needed for building our centralised platformContribute to the big-picture at a strategic level as well as focus on the details when it comes to implementation and executionContribute to SMART OKRs with clear delivery milestones, timelines and success metrics
Skills & Qualifications

Strong, in-depth technical knowledge and fluency in Commerce backend platform technology and microservice structuresExperience in building and launching various microservicesAbility to partner with various stakeholders like engineers and developers on the project scope and overcome issues.Experience implementing best practices in an Agile environmentExperience in project management, working with internal stakeholders and managing competing expectations, running projects with clear deadlines for multiple teamsAn understanding of API-related concepts, such as JSON and ReSTExperience in product management, API development, or any related field.Problem-solving skills to quickly rectify any issues with the micro services/APIsExperience in building platforms used by large ecosystems of users in B2CFluent German
