Here you make the jump start for your career as a Project Management Specialist - on the Accenture team. How can you do that? With an entry-level program that is so close to the real world that you can apply your know-how immediately. That way, you'll be well prepared when you start your career in our Project Management Office. As one of the world's largest consulting and technology companies, we show our customers how innovative digitization projects can improve their position in the market. Thanks to innovative project management methods and tools, you'll soon be pulling the strings and developing international networks in our Delivery Control department.
Your responsibilities
At all levels you’ll communicate and plan the heck out of everything. You are the control center, maintain an overview and provide the basis for decisions.
In ongoing projects, you monitor project progress, identify potential in automation, ensure comprehensive transparency, prepare status reports and assess risks.
You dive deep into the challenges of project preparation and planning - thanks to professional trainers who focus on intensive learning in small groups.
In short: You take care of the smooth project implementation in the background and ensure transparency by providing all the necessary information.

What we’re looking forward to
Completed studies, e.g. in communication sciences, (business) psychology, computer science, business administration or a similar field or comparable qualification.
You are familiar with MS Office and if you also like to juggle numbers and react quickly to deviations from targets, you are in the right place
Fluency in English and the regional language (GER/FR/IT)
Team player with good analytical skills who enjoys dealing with customers and is enthusiastic about project work.
