Our client is a digital partner with a base in Europe. They focus on sustainable digital value generation and serve a variety of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and more than 50 global private equity companies. Due to their high level of selection, they only have 200 employees at the moment, but they are currently in a strong growth period and seeking to add 300 people as soon as feasible. Their specialised team of professionals, which consists only of the best brains, has grown as a result of projects they have landed with global industrial giants.

Senior Backend Web Developer
What to expect:
Knowledge of a back-end programming language at an advanced level (PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc.)
Basic familiarity with front-end platforms and technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Integrate server-side logic with user-facing components created by front-end developers.
The capacity to oversee a hosting environment, including database management and application scaling to accommodate load variations.
Complying with security and accessibility regulations
Authentication and authorisation of users across many servers, systems, and settings
Create database schemas that support and reflect business processes.
Supporting and managing young web developers
Use unit tests and automated testing platforms
Thorough knowledge of code versioning systems like Git
Personal Requirements:
A university degree in computer science, computer programming, information technology, or equivalent job experience and strong academic standing (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
At least three years of related experience
Having project management (technical) experience
Openness, empathy, the capacity to balance competing interests, as well as the capacity for self-reflection and criticism
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a goal-oriented mindset, who is persuasive and maintains outstanding communication and conflict management skills.
Fluent in English
