A Senior Software Engineer is sought by this leading developer of Quantum Computing applications to work out of their R+D Centre in Germany. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the development of scalable and reliable software solutions which will be deployed on Cloud and embedded Edge locations. The Senior Software Engineer will be expected to take ownership of major features and software packages within the Quantum Computing Software Stack.
Your skills and background will include solid software programming experience using C /C++, Python and / or Rust. You will have developed embedded software, data structures and algorithms from initial specification through development and test to delivery. Any exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure etc), container orchestration (Kubernetes / Openshift etc.) or microservices architecture would be beneficial. You need to speak fluent German and English.
The R+D Centre is based in Hamburg but the successful candidate can be based anywhere in Germany (remote working with the occasional visit to the office). You can expect full support, on-going career development and the opportunity to work at the leading edge of this exciting, emerging technology.
