Are you ready for new challenges? Infineon’s manufacturing data volume is exponentially growing and we need a comprehensive data management system to enable decision making. Your organization is responsible to define and develop data architectures, –systems and processes for data management and – organization, as well as quality and governance frameworks.
In your new role you will:

Lead a global team of managers and senior experts
Drive the development of a structural data layer , data integration and governance concepts as a center of competence
Define principles , strategy and roadmaps for manufacturing data management and governance
Align with stakeholders from management, manufacturing clusters and strategic initiatives
Foster collaboration with software development and operations teams
You have the ability to quickly assess the status quo as well as to align strategies with stakeholders from data provision and consumption areas. As a team player you collaborate across team-borders, value different viewpoints and leverage the resulting creative potential. Of course, you act as a visible role model of what you expect from others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in Computer Science , Industrial Engineering , Software Engineering or comparable
Longstanding technical & functional experience in the area of IT , Data Management , Operations or consulting
Proven leadership experience , ideally with leading leaders
Very good understanding of database technologies and concepts (Relational, NoSQL, Big data, virtualization) and data governance methods and frameworks
Strong motivation to develop yourself and your team in leadership as well as technical aspects, e.g. through coaching and mentoring
Ideally a background in semiconductor Frontend and Backend manufacturing
Fluent English skills, German as a plus
