We are looking for YOU, as an International Director BD & Sales Astaxanthin / radical scavengers (f/m/x)Cosmetics - Medical & Health Nutrition - Pharma YOUR FUTURE ROLEThe primary purpose of this position is to keep the success story growing and to further develop it on an international scale: Implement strategies to leverage global / territory sales plans, and sales process to support the company's growth strategy Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales budgets for markets and territories in cooperation with the management team including marketing Identify additional USPs and generate short term - to medium - to long-term sales (prioritize countries / regions and target customers) Keep current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors Research and analyze industry and competitive trends to better provide full service to the customer and access customer needs and suggest appropriate customer solutions and / or services Be the face to the customer and represent the company on a global scale Coordinate and implement sales activities in order to further develop existing and to build up new customers and sustainable relationships Take care of the Key Account / Key Opinion Leader and Stakeholder Management Establish an international distributor network based on the growth strategy - ensure sales results by motivating, counseling, and discipline (as needed) Coordinate consistent training on products to ensure sales effectiveness Interact closely with marketing, product development, production and other relevant internal stakeholders Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, seminars, trainings and establishing personal networks, as well as participating in professional societies JOB REQUIREMENTSStrong expertise in radical scavengers - ideal with Astaxanthin Proven international sales and business development track record (>5 years) - preferably in the cosmetics, in the functional food or pharmaceutical industry Strong commercial and / or scientific background - Ideal: University Degree Advanced expertise and reputation in international sales (USA, Asia, Middle East) as well as in inspiring, leading, managing, and developing multicultural sales (direct and indirect) with the focus to drive results Excellent command of English (written / spoken); German or other language skills are appreciated Guidance and management abilities along with social and motivational skills Proven financial acumen and the capacity to evaluate and influence outcomes Strong networking and business development skills Strategic thinking with the ability to understand customer challenges Capable of making decisions under pressure in a rapidly changing environment Organizational capabilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks according to need in a calm and dedicated manner Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others while displaying a can-do attitude Successful project management background with the capacity to work across functional stakeholders Able to distribute a maintained constant development and solution-oriented mindset Gifted to distill complex issues and ideas down to simple comprehensible terms OUR CLIENT OFFERSAn atmosphere of can- and will-do, openness, and mutual respect, embedded in a visionary, innovative privately owned company, which has been caring and thinking about the future since decades Numerous opportunities to leave your footprint in the healthcare world A company where innovation is expected and encouraged High potential for your individual growth and development embedded in a down-to-earth, hands-on culture, which is driven by a strong team spirit The attractive annual gross salary for this position includes a performance-related bonus and a willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and experience.
