Your Role and Responsibilities

The IBM Client Innovation Centre (CIC) is an innovative and exciting part of IBM, working as IBM Consultings’ technical delivery partner. We continually innovate for our customers, employees and shareholders. Our Technical Skills range from Application Development (Java, Front End, Full Stack, DevOps), Testing Services, Technical Support through to Microsoft. In addition to our technical expertise we can cover Delivery through Project Managers & Project Analysts, Business or Data Analysts.

Your Impact:
In this role you will:
Development of customized data migration solutions for our customers for the migration of ERP systems to S/4HANA on-premise and cloud.
Contribute to the planning, conception and implementation of requirements for the harmonization, consolidation and migration of data
Advance our expertise in the field of SAP S/4HANA and continuous further development in our national and international environment
Take over partial project responsibility
Preparation and implementation of customer workshops based on an agile project approach as well as preparation of decision documents and result presentations for project leadership and management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with data migration methodologies: data extraction, transformation and load, as well as migration tools in SAP S/4HANA (extraction and transformation with ADM or similar tools, load with custom programs, Migration Cockpit (incl. adaptions), LSMW, ...)
Ideally you worked with SAP DM, LSMW, SAP BODS or even Syniti ADM
Sound knowledge of at least one of the classic SAP ECC modules such as MM, LE, FI, CO, PP etc.
At least 2 years of experience in ABAP development
Ideally first experience from S/4HANA migration or greenfield projects
Very good understanding of the entire corporate value chain as well as business and logistical interrelationships
Analytical and structured thinking skills to solve complex customer queries
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
