About The Role

The role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a Senior MS SQL Developer to work within a team of database developers maintaining and improving technology leading and high demanding database environment with high-end machines and storage systems in the backend. In this role, you will work in conjunction with other IT/Development/Scrum and Business groups to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements from the database perspective.

What you'll be doing:

SQL Server performance troubleshooting and tuning
Ongoing development and optimization of our systems
Design, implementation and maintenance of database software modules in OLTP area
Database design, database security, database management
Technical and conceptual solutions as well as further development of the standards

What we need from you:

Profound SQL, T-SQL knowledge and OLTP applications is a must
Experienced in crafting accurate, efficient, and consistent database implementations within complex, highly transactional and concurrent workload
Good knowledge in state-of-the-art relational database systems, MSSQL (up to SQL Server 2019)
Dealing with database performance and scaling issues
Large database and transaction processing experience
Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work without close supervision.
Creating Power BI reports and dashboards
You know how to read execution plans and detect and issue.
