As our new Senior Engineer Process Integration, you will sustain the volume manufacturing of Smart Power technologies by using the know-how and experience about process flows, influences of the single processes, and characteristics of manufacturing equipment. In your new role you will:
Assess the electrical data of the wafer acceptance test or functional test
Define, drive, and support the measures to improve the stability, yield, reliability and production costs within the global supply chain
Analyze the root cause and implement sustainable corrective actions in the case of process deviations
Coordinate requests and requirements of Frontend and Backend Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Business Unit
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Microsystems or similar
Basic knowledge about the manufacturing processes of semiconductor devices (preferable)
The ability to work in a self-organized & structured style
A problem-solving mindset and logical understanding
Good German and English Skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F-G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
