Tasks

Your territory

As part of our Software Development team, you will:

Become one of the key developers for our web apps and pages that are used by millions of pet parents around the world
Develop and maintain features in our high-traffic webshop, blog and landing pages
Implement new features and maintain existing ones in our web applications (e.g. )
Keep the used technologies in our web apps and pages up-to-date
Create layouts in HTML5 and CSS3 from their conceptualization until they go live
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”.
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level.

Requirements

Your profile

Key requirements:

Professional experience with HTML5, CSS3/SASS and JavaScript/TypeScript
Good knowledge of JavaScript & CSS frameworks
Experience in optimizing for mobile, developing style guides and optimizing conversions is a plus
Expertise with build tools (e.g. Grunt, Gulp or webpack) is a plus
Very good English skills

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40,000 full-time - at Tractive that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
