We are looking for interns for our Maschalina Atelier with the location in Vienna!
(university mandatory internships preferred)
Who are we?

Maschalina is an emerging jewelry company that has been in business since 2012. We release one spring/summer collection and one fall/winter collection per year. After releasing these, the well-known Maschalina jewelry vernissages also take place in the mafi flagship store in Salzburg and Vienna. Through our social media channels and our online store, we are in constant contact with our customers and cooperation partners. In addition, we maintain contact with public media, the fashion press, bloggers, as well as public figures who also wear our statement jewelry, represent it and report on it. At Maschalina there are many tasks in the field of marketing, public relations, event planning, the implementation of new collaborations and much more. We therefore offer an individually designed internship, where your personal interests and strengths are strongly included in the work design. During your internship you will gain a comprehensive insight into the structures of a young Viennese jewelry label, where your suggestions are always welcome! Varied tasks in a professional working environment are waiting for you!

YOUR TASKS YOUR PROFIL

Social media design - campaign planning, graphic design, photography
Development of marketing strategies & sales strategies
Management of the online store, support of customers and partners as well as general administrative tasks
Support of business partners, the sales team including delivery and invoicing, development of cooperations
Event & Guest Management in the context of pop-up cooperations or jewelry vernissages. Invitations for VIPs, buyers, journalists and opinion leaders
Creative research and organization in the context of new collections

Marketing, business administration, design, PR or event management training / studies.
Enthusiasm for events and affinity for fashion. If possible, previous professional experience through internships, working student activities, or the like
Service-oriented approach to customers
Organized thinking as well as very structured, independent work
Professional handling of the common MS-Office programs, Excel, possibly Photoshop
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
