The Document Management System Platform Expert proactively implements and establishes procidures and policies for document sharing, storage, and transmission, identifies, recommends, and imlements improvements, also identifies document management requirements of Semperit organizations
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure document management system features, such as user interfaces, access profiles, and document workflow procedures.
Understands business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise solution designs and change requirements
Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents.
Facilitates the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations
Together with internal and external IT partners defines the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions for DMS systems in alignment with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
Proven work experience in agile software development methodology
Minimum of five years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines
Min. 3 years of Java, JavaScript and SQL working experience
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Good command of English – German beneficial

Gross monthly salary: from € 65.000.- higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience
