Checktur.io enables the world's transportation & logistics companies to digitize and automate their business processes in a cost-efficient way by leveraging AI and intelligent software solutions.
As a Senior Engineer, you will be building our microservices, APIs, data layers, mobile apps and dashboards on the Checktur.io SaaS platform.

Your tasks
You take responsibility for the entire development cycle - from architecture to implementation, automated testing, deployment and maintenance.
You develop for all client platforms - Android, iOS and Web.
You implement and optimize solutions to achieve required usability, performance, stability and scalability.
You'll work with PMs and other engineers to define, design, and develop our SaaS platform.
You will guide and advise junior colleagues on software quality, best practices and design patterns.
You participate in Checktur.io's ideation and innovation process to identify the next breakthrough developments.
You promote our engineering culture by constantly updating your knowledge and adapting new technologies.
Your Profile
Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
You have a track record of writing great code that is elegant, performant, scalable, and maintainable.
You have a minimum 3 years of professional experience with mobile development for iOS and Android.
You have worked with at least two mobile cross-platform development frameworks: Ionic, ReactNative, Flutter and Node.js.
You have experience with at least two programming languages: Java, Python, Swift, Kotlin.
You have experience with web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and in particular having worked with Vue.js is a plus.
You understand and use design patterns, microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
You are familiar with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or AWS, and building apps with docker containers.
You have experience with automated deployment and monitoring through CI/CD pipeline.
You have practiced agile development methodologies.
NICE TO HAVE
Knowledge of design-thinking methods is a plus.
Experience with server-side development and Spring Framework are a plus.
Experience with machine learning is a plus.
