You take the lead role for assigned projects and are responsible for their progress and success. Who you are A project management hero with: A university degree (MSc.) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related studies combined with a solid technical understanding At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of semiconductor products and thereof 5 years of leading projects and project teams; line management experience is an asset In-depth project management knowledge in the arena of analog / mixed-signal IC product developments in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation Knowledge of frontend technologies, backend processes, ISO26262 and agile methods are a plus Experience as a project manager with managing complex and crisis situations, consolidation of conflicts and presentation to senior management as well as direct communication to challenging customers A project management certification (ideally IPMA Level C) Fluent English skills.
