Ihre AufgabenSupport Global Product Management in the strategic planning process and global management of the product portfolio according to defined priorities Work with the team in setting up a product portfolio vision and strategy considering competitive landscape and industry trends Support strategic decisions by researching available information and research on market and competitive intelligence Learn the creation of business cases and conduction of feasibility studies to take over responsibility in the mid term Work with team members in launch project coordination Regular exchange with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, affiliates and international distribution partners about product related questions Maintenance of product technical dossier Coordination of product changes Supply management Attending national & international aesthetic congresses Develop and deliver technical product training to internal stakeholders Identification of new product ideas within the product group (gap analysis) Evaluation and coordination of testing of new product ideas Ihr Profilscientific academic education (e.g. university or FH alternatively respective HTL degree) first experience in a similar position is welcomed excellent command of German and English organizational skills, pro-active operating principles hands-on mentality distinct capacity for teamwork as well as customer - and solution-oriented acting efficient and respectful communication, internally and externally (suppliers, doctors etc.) high learning receptivity, social maturity and competence great assertiveness, competence resolving conflicts travel willingness Wir bietenWe offer a varied work in a rapidly expanding company with diverse development opportunities and company benefits, as well as flexible working hours and home office.
