In the role as People Lead (f/m/d) you will help nearly 25 employees in the tech department to do their day-to-day work better and happier. You will always be in close cooperation with the Head of Engineering and other professional technical leads from the department. You will support and develop our cross-functional tech teams in a growing environment, as well as the team members as individuals in their personal development. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki. Your RoleYou are responsible for the organizational and disciplinary leadership of the tech department and take care of talent acquisition, time tracking, and staff meetings, thus providing continuous feedback at all levels You build a close and trustworthy positive relationship with all stakeholders, working closely with the professional leaders You support the performance and planning process of your teams, for example by organizing and conducting quarterly planning meetings and team workshops In organizational development, you take care of the creation of homogeneous and strength-oriented structures and thus enable your team members to solve problems independently You provide opportunities for progress and growth by actively promoting individual career steps within the team, identifying opportunities and driving positive change You create an environment where good work is recognized and have a clear people-focussed approach when leading teams Job RequirementsYou have at least 5 years of professional experience in team leadership You have a background in HR, communications or psychology or have worked in comparable positions with departmental responsibility It is important to you to understand your team by actively listening to them and to derive and drive measures in a committed approach Ideally, you have completed coaching and leadership trainings Experience in an agile setup and technology environment is an advantage You have good interpersonal skills and can react to stressful situations in a way that creates good working relationships You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken Why UsYou will get the chance to contribute your ideas in a fast growing, highly motivated team and thus actively shape the future of Nuki. You get December 24th and 31th as one extra day off (=26 vacation days). We live and love our flexibility. Therefore, in addition to our extensive flextime model, you are free to work three days a week at home No matter if you want to work part-time or full-time: We consider your individual wishes, support you in all matters and subsidize ongoing childcare costs. You decide how you get to the office: If you use public transport, we will subsidize your climate ticket or offer you parking spaces & charging stations in our parking lot. For the advertised position, a minimum salary of EUR 3,190.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in).
