Your Role and Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:
Einbringen von technologischer und methodischer Expertise in das agile Scrum Team
Architekturkonzeption und komplexe Implementierungsaufgaben
Coaching des Teams / Training on the Job
Mentoring von Teammitgliedern: Motivation, Inspiration, Unterstützung und Orientierung des Teams

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Mehrjähirge Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Java-basierten Lösungen (vorzugsweise JEE und Eclipse MicroProfile)
Umfangreiche Projekterfahrung im Aufbau von IT-Lösungsarchitekturen sowie Fachexpertise im Bereich Microservice Architekturen (Quarkus und WebSphere Liberty), Container-Technologie und Sicherheitsarchitekturen.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in modernen JavaScript Frameworks, z.B. Angular, React, Vue
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
