Senior Software Engineer
Our client in Munich is a family-owned, leading Mechanical Engineering company. They have grown to over 4,000 employees across 50 countries and specialise in innovative solutions for quality tools, factory facilities and personal protective equipment. This role would be focused on their digital tool portfolio, developing IoT cloud software solutions.
THE ROLE
Take responsibility for the conception and implementation of innovative digital product features in close cooperation with the agile team (product owner, internal/external developers).
Selection and evaluation of the appropriate technologies as part of architecture decisions.
Development of GraphQL API gateways for several data hubs, with the aim of making data from a wide variety of source systems accessible to microservices and systems in the Azure Cloud in a high-performance manner.
Development of the backend of various microservices of the data hubs and the associated synchronization services with the source systems.
Development of a minimal front end for internal key users (including automated documentation of the data model, test queries).
YOUR PROFILE
Several years of experience as a developer for C#, ASP.NET Core.
Experience with micro-service architectures and cloud development, ideally first points of contact with GraphQL.
Interest in understanding technical requirements and deriving the optimal technical solution from them.
Independent work, willingness to experiment and curiosity about new technologies, frameworks and trends.
Good knowledge of German and English.
