Your tasks

Manage Business Requirements of the KAM Sales Team
Solution design & development including strong team collaboration worldwide
Manage & Implement Projects
Manage IT service delivery
Collaborate with service managers within projects dependencies
Develop and implement improvement measures & Change Requests
Development of strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and service providers
Creation of blueprint documentation (e.g. technical/functional/solution design)
Configuration & implementation of proposed solution in integrated environments
Requirements

Experience in SAAS, preferably CX applications
Experience in technical architectures, ideal in heterogeneous environments
Knowledge about integration standards (e.g. API ) and Technologies especially for SaaS solutions
Programming skills (Javascript, Groovy or other modern programming languages)
Fluent in English, German B1 Level
Cross-cultural communication skills
High degree of self motivation
Min. 3-5 years working experience
Analytical thinking and results-oriented
Able to manage high quality service delivery
