Real estate investments are complex: properties need to be visited, tenants have to be found, maintenance work must be done, and complicated contracts are required. But above all of this, you need a lot of capital, the average apartment costs € 300.000.
At Brickwise, we provide the most customer-centric trading platform for digital real estate investments. Users can invest in real estate shares starting from € 100, receive a monthly income, and can sell their shares to other users at any time.
Tasks
Your Mission
As a frontend engineer, you will work on customer-facing products including our web/cross-trading platform. Altogether with the product design team, you will tackle the challenges of providing the best customer experience possible. You will work on:
Developing a desktop application for managing real estate
Work in a dev team
Work together with our designers
Automation of complex processes (f.e. our buying process)
Document processing in the browser
Requirements
Your Profile
At least 2 years experience with customer facing products
Experience shipping scalable features and products
Experience with Vuejs and/or React
Excellent knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5
Bonus: experience in investing or fintechs
