Aufgabengebiet
Overall view of all release content across all our products in close coordination with all stakeholders
Planning, coordination of the tour releases for the release train as well as the infrastructure and any special releases outside the tour dates
Survey and communication of release content and progress from planning to successful rollout
Continuously improve the release process and support the further development of our DevOps tool suite.
Responsibility for the release process and further development of the CI/CD pipeline to drive a continuous increase in the level of automation
Collection and preparation of meaningful release KPI's for retrospective and interactive process optimization
Coordination of cross-departmental initiatives for product optimization from kick-off to proof of concept
Anforderungsprofil
Several years of experience as a release manager, technical IT project manager, IT coordinator or similar position in an agile environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate dynamically across departments
Nice to have: expertise in microservices, domain models and cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, MS-SQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Hadoop, Angular, C#, .NET, Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence) or willingness to learn them
Self-responsible, independent and sustainable working style
Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
