PALFINGER stands for most innovative, reliable and economic hoist-equipment on utility vehicles for land segment and in the maritime sector. To strengthen our Digital Manufacturing team in Salzburg Area we are looking for a Software Developer - Digital Manufacturing (F/M/D)

Then become a Software Developer for Digital Manufacturing Applications within the CoE Digital Manufacturing! Together with colleagues from different departments and manufacturing sites you will shape the future of our Global Manufacturing Network.
If you possess an affinity for end-user oriented software applications, like to find new technical solutions with our wide field of experts, this is the right job for you.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing customized digital manufacturing applications by using state-of the art process oriented low-code technologies
Support our global citizen-development rollout project
Designing intuitive User-Interfaces & Front-End´s on to create a state of the art user experience on the shopfloor (web-technologies, mobiles, wearables)
Requirements engineering for digital manufacturing strategy
Management of contextual knowledge for manufacturing application development
QUALIFICATIONS
Practical experience of atleast 2 years preferred
Education: FH University / HTL degree in software development/ engineering - informatics
Experience with software development and understanding of E2E- business processes
Experience with Jira, Confluence, DevOps or any similar toolchain
Experience with web technologies and dynamic websites (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript e.g. jQuery or JavaScript Frameworks and Databases)
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering and production processes
Optional experience with Java Script Framework OpenUI5/SAPUI5
Open and communicative, willingness to learn, self-reliant
Willingness to travel up to 10%

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.346,72 per year (full-time). We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
