Company Description
As the IT of the REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 500 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade. You will find brand new cloud infrastructure in our IT team at the jö bonus club. As part of an international team, you will have the opportunity to learn from excellent quality engineers and to bring in new inputs. The position is a full-time position; however it would be possible to work part-time from 30h/week.

Job Description

Automated testing of frontend and backend applications
Further development of a test framework
Close collaboration with developers, business analysts and product owners
Documentation of test results
Creation and maintenance of a test portfolio

Qualifications

2 years of experience in planning and implementing, ideally with automated tests (API and web UI)
Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, Kotlin, C#, C++, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of the use of common test frameworks/libraries, especially for testing APIs (e.g. Rest-Assured, JUnit)
Experience in testing REST interfaces
Ideally, ISTQB certification, experience with agile teams and in working with JIRA and X-Ray
Experience with functional and non-functional test tools such as Postman or K6 is helpful
