Your responsibilities Take ownership of key projects and manage those projects with the key stakeholders from the business Grow/foster an agile mindset and an agile way of working (e.g. agile working methods) Support the team on identifying priorities, project escalations and increasing the end-user value of the applications Your qualifications University Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. Experience in SQL, analyzing and modeling datasets Experience in Mendix applications development Experience in Java programming is valued Ability to understand technical concepts and turn them into business terms Customer centric mindset Work experience in agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) Your perspective Depending on the specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 3.568,05 is envisaged (in any case, this exceeds the minimum salary under the collective agreement). The final salary agreement will be made in a personal meeting.
