Qualifikationen
Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL DBs (MongoDB)
Ability to work cross-functionally with high attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)

Erfahrung
Experience managing quality in a compliance related field (clinical, finance)
Experience developing SMART goals
Experience Managing both down & up
Experience managing distributed team with offshore talent
10+ years of extending standized test framework in Java
10+ years of experience testing web applications with Selenium
5+ years of experience testing mobile applications
5+ years of REST API Testing using RestAssured
5+ years of CI/CD experience
Experience with leading and participating in QE automation architecture and design discussions
Experience developing standards for testing framework (including keyword driven, data driven, coding standards, naming standards)
Experience with JIRA for tracking user stories and defects
Experience with management of direct reports such as timesheet approvals, annual reviews etc.
Experience with an Agile-based organization

Ausbildung
BS/BA in related technical field (or equivalent)
