Are you looking to build AI solutions to solve problems focusing on bridgingthe gap between the power and potential of AI research and companies’ ability to harness AI technologies to deliver real business value? If so, this job might be a good one for you….

We're working with a very strong AI consultancy in Berlin (not travel, no sales, all technical solutions building/problem solving) which, as i mentioned before, really bridges what companies are capable of from AI. They are quite new & fresh with around 20 employees but looking to scale fast throughout this year. This role, Senior Technical Lead, will be taking direct responsibility of the architecture & design to create software from scratch to build it for business value creation alongside building a dedicated engineering team – plus this has the scope for a CTO role wihtin 6 months.

What your role will be:
– Develop & lead the technical aspects of the companies products & solutions combined with your exceptional coding ability.
– Be the key technical decision-maker & provide technical guidance for mentoring juniors
– Establish process', best practices & coding standard
– Be the bridge between the client & technical team whilst still wanting to get hands-on involved

What you need for them:
– Ideally 5 years of experience building out technical solutions/management BUT if you can build a product from greenfield by providing the technical leadership – you're the right person!
– Strong use of Python, Django, NodeJS, React & JS alongside experience working in the cloud (any provider is fine!)
– Good infrastructure knowledge including on the cloud
Hands on experience managing in a software-as-a-service environment
