Life as an Influencer Relations Team Lead
You live for the idea of bringing brands and social communities to life via strategic influencer and content creator collaborations.

You are a natural at pairing brands with partners and getting the most out of collaborations. With strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment with high-profile clients and different digital disciplines, you could be the perfect Lead for our Influencer Relations Team at LOOP.

Requirements and Responsibilities

You are passionate about the world of content, social media and influencers/creators and have a strong understanding of brands and digital trends to quickly react to.
You are excellent at building relationships with a strong connection to the industry and have experience in working with international influencers/creators.
Strong understanding of the marketing and numbers side of influencer marketing as well as managing global influencer marketing projects in various countries, including selection, negotiating, contracting and performance analysis.
Profound client and project management expertise to build strong long-term relationships with clients, consistently manage their expectations and take responsibility to coordinate and keep track of budgets, schedules, resources, implementation and quality assurance of projects and service.
With proven leadership skills and experience in managing people in a creative environment, you know what it takes to grow a team and the services they provide, to become true industry experts.
As hands-on personality and proactive communicator, you are ready to take ownership and lead a team and individual client projects, serving as a liaison amongst all internal and external stakeholders.
Solution-oriented and flexible self-starter who can quickly manage priorities and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Have a minimum of 5 years digital agency and/or team lead experience working with high-profile, international brands in the influencer industry.
Direct report to Agency Management team.
Fluent English language skills are required.
