Then come and join our in-vivo EMEA EST AUT team part-time (15/20 hours/week) as a working student (f/m/d) for Ultrasound Backoffice.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

Order promotional material and office supplies
Demolist / ordering systems for demos
Handling of the replacement of transducers and spare parts
Support of the sales team
Support with offers and tenders
Support in order processing
Ibase maintenance in Siebel – update and controlling
PPI, PSI, escalations on behalf of partners
Support Partners and Partner Manager with standard requests (Updates information, …)
Goods receipt and parcel shipping

Your qualifications and experience:

University student
Administrative skills
Position/tasks are time flexible (can be done any time but some tasks like urgent requests may need to be accomplished the same working day)
Proficiency in English is a must
Effective communication skills as well as high social skills, openness and tolerance, “Can do”- mentality, structured work methods, good time management and very good sense for numbers complete your profile

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least € 33.619,32 (full-time). Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
