Digital Transformation is the key for efficient and productive working today. Are you up for the task to drive this transformation within and across our front-end factories? Join our new team for data, analytics and digitalization. You will be developing solutions in interdisciplinary teams for a wide range of use cases, support our engineers and develop a strategy for digital transformation.

In your new role you will:

Provide fast and easy access to different, connected data sources to various stakeholders, including automated extract, transform, load solutions
Establish standards for data quality and governance
Develop results as dashboard or interactive data apps
Implement solutions ranging from innovative proof of concepts to fully productive applications
Develop and apply trainings, user concepts and operating models
Establish a community for to exchange on requirements and to provide support
Become expert on data provisioning and ETL processes and tools used at Infineon (e.g. DENODO, eSquare, Tableau, ....)

You provide fast and efficient solution by easily abstracting even complex problems and transfer your learning from other applications to a new solution. You are an open communicator and like to get to know experts from different areas to develop a lasting network. You proactively develop solutions even for new use cases with internal and external partners to drive maximum value for the company.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Master degree in IT , science or other technical studies
Experience in data extrac t, transform, load solutions and data analytics solutions in industry (preferable semiconductor)
Experience in leading classical and agile projects of advantage
Basic knowledge on industry standards for data architecture and company data landscapes
Expert k nowledge on classical and big data storage and access with methods, solutions and tooling (e.g. SQL, Spark, ETL tools, elastic stack)
Profound in c ommunications and presentation of complex technical solutions to different stakeholders
Fluent in English , German as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf).. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
