In May/June 2022 we start a new venture that makes location-dependent, information visible in a unique way on maps and via augmented reality. To complete our core team, we are looking for an experienced frontend developer for mobile apps and web.

As we start from scratch, we are generally very open-minded in regard to the skill-set of potential applicants. However, we assume that you have

successfully shipped mobile apps before;
in-depth knowledge with ReactDOM/React-Native, Vue.js or Flutter;
basic understanding of TypeScript and Javascript engines (allocations, garbage collection, prototypical inheritance, etc.), UX and accessibility.
Because we are in the startup-phase and need to build up the core team, we expect at least 30% presence in our very nice and centrally located office in Vienna.

Tasks

establish our frontend-tech-stack in close collaboration with the backend team
develop our main application with a goal-driven approach
participate in all phases of product development
work together with all teams to start our product
Requirements

extensive experience in frontend development
solid understanding of TypeScript and Javascript engines
willingness to familiarize yourself with new subject areas such Geographical Information Systems, Maps, AR and related topics
Big Plus: experience in mobile application development
