Here’s what we’re looking for:
We are looking for a motivated Web Engineer who will work closely with their Backend colleagues, as well as support our Product teams. You will contribute with your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within our agile and cross-functional teams. As a flexible and open-minded person with a passion for clean code you will be a perfect addition to our team. We are committed to quality, dedicating time to code reviews and quality days. Essential skills for your mission:

Enjoy developing beautiful, responsive, and fast web applications
Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
Minimum 1 year experience with JavaScript
Be able to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly
Love to work in interdisciplinary teams, together with Designers, QA, and Product Owners
Great written and verbal communication skills in English
You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

Bonus skills:
If you don’t have experience in one or all of these, don’t worry, we will get you up to speed in no time.

Experience with TypeScript
Experience with unit testing
Enjoy working on test automation and deployment tooling
Experience with deploying and maintaining Web applications
Experience with state management (for example, Redux or MobX)
Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
Experience working in startup environments
