Understanding Business Requirements and be responsible to transform those into real solutions
Building Applications on the latest Technologies and modern IT architecture (like Cloud AWS & Azure, Stream Technologies Apache Pulsar, APIs, Domain Driven Design, Microservice Architecture, Reactive Event Architecture, …)
Defining blueprints and solution designs, identifying functional blocks to achieve the scope
Decompose functional blocks into meaningful chunks of work fitting into a sprint and find the most appropriate order of delivery
Support the team with writing user stories of the identified chunks of work
Actively support the delivery to the realistic estimations in terms of work to be done, efforts, and timelines
Be active part of sprint work, supporting engineers with what is needed to deliver sprint scope
Working in a cross functional team, focusing on solutions design and technology guidance

Qualifikationen
Familiar with the industry trends and up to date with the latest product offerings
Great analytical skills: ability to conceptualize business requirements as well as to derive actionable solutions and strategies
You can deliver clear messages to different stakeholders (business, technical, operational, product owners, business analysts, software engineers, and others)
You are assertive and can clearly voice your thoughts
Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
