As part of the Corporate IT Administration team that supports Trayport teams across London and Vienna, you will provide local user support in our Vienna office. Joining a Vienna based team of 3 responsible for Systems, Infrastructure and desktop administration.The Role
Providing end user support for Windows and Linux laptops, and for other managed devices like iOS and Android smartphones.
Maintain the phone systems, room conferencing systems, printers and scanners, support in local access system maintenance.
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or local network systems.
Responsible for Wifi, local network,server room and IT storage.
Documentation for local users, guidelines and manuals for employees.
The Person
Working experience with Linux and Windows client management and support
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, status actions items, respond to changing priorities and react to short deadlines
Creating and maintaining user self-help documentation, technical documentation and procedural documentation
Proficient hardware knowledge: PCs, laptops, firewalls, switches, wiring, data communications
Good knowledge of English and German
