Your Responsibilities:

Recruitment, development, performance management, and retention of members
Perform line management duties while maintaining agile methodology
Foster a support and inclusive environment that promotes learning from mistakes and encourages innovation
Support open communication channels that allow for greater knowledge sharing
Act as a member of an engineering leadership group (discuss topics such as recruitment, roadmapping, etc.)
Act as local point-of-contact in coordination with partners from various departments (provide support for issues relating to devices, software, and personnel)

Your Profile:

5+ years professional experience in agile/lean software development
Knowledge of microservices as Kubernetes
JavaScript knowledge, especially using React/Vue, TypeScript and Node.js
Thorough understanding of testing approaches
Relevant experience in line management responsibilities
Strong communication skills and great team player
Hands-on leadership experience
Proficiency in English, written and spoken
