Collaborate with design, technical and business roles to understand requirements and translate them into effective, appealing solutions
Design low-fidelity (wireframes, sketches) to high-fidelity (production look-alike) solutions
Prototype highly complex solutions ranging from platform operational tools (where usability is paramount) to game-related features (where attractive design plays a higher role)
Actively participate in user research by taking notes and being part of debriefings
Validate your designs by collaborating with user researchers and analysts
Actively participate in and lead cross-functional meetings, workshops, and training to foster a user-centered design process
Mentor, train, and coach more junior designers should the team need to grow

Qualifikationen
A curious personality that is not afraid of trying new things, coming up with new ideas and experimenting
Sense of responsibility, can do attitude and an independent way of working
Precise and well-structured working style as well as attention to detail and consistency
Good communication skills, an open mind and ability to work close together as a team
Excellent approach of both spoken and written English

Erfahrung
3+ years professional experience in UX/UI design or related field.
Previous experience working on platform-tools would be advantageous
