Job Title: Software engineering manager (frontend)
Location: Zurich - Hybrid
Salary: 170,000CHF-180,000CHF/annum

What You Will Do
Identify areas where improvement is needed throughout the team
Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify needs
Lead a team of developers working on a customer facing app within the E-banking sector
Ensure team is performing to a deadline to deploy new features within the application
Effectively coach and mentor members of the team
Take part in hiring and further development of the team
Who You Are
Experience in leading teams of 4 and above
Deep understanding of web development using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, NodeJS
Act as a mentor and coach for individuals within teams
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience in hiring
Good knowledge of German and English
