You want to become a part of a team which is responsible for development and further optimization of GaN epitaxy processes? Take your chance now and apply as Senior Staff Engineer Unit Process Development GaN Epitaxy (f/m/div)* at our site in Villach!

In your new role you will:

be responsible for the development and further optimization of GaN epitaxy single process solutions in terms of reliability and yield to enable world class devices
hand over qualified processes and control concepts to the production team
work in close collaboration with the technology development team and production in Villach and Kulim

You are able to quickly establish successful cooperations and gain new insights by questioning existing assumptions. You recognize and seize potential for improving efficiency with determination and work perseveringly on making things better, faster, and more efficient.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

a PhD in Physics, Applied Chemistry or Material Science
multiple years of experience in the field of GaN epitaxy
experience in optimizing tools and processes for high performance and high reliability devices
fluent English skills with German as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G-H ( https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
