As an Application Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting software applications to ensure their smooth operation. You will work closely with the development team to identify and fix bugs, and also provide support to end users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, as well as experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with database management and SQL is also preferred.

Description

Analyze software applications to identify potential bugs or issues that may impact performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, working closely with the development team as needed.
Provide technical support to end-users, answering questions and providing guidance on how to use the software effectively.
Monitor software performance and identify areas for improvement.
Write and maintain documentation for software applications, including user manuals and technical guides

Profiles

Strong understanding of software development principles and experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with database management and proficiency in SQL
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software applications to ensure smooth operation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with both Windows and Linux environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in providing technical support to end-users.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
It could be desirable if the candidate has experience in Agile development methodologies.
Certifications on software development or IT service management
And of course the candidate should be able to work independently as a freelancer.
