Leading the design and management of the OT security architecture process and artifacts
Verifying technical controls to ensure that specific security and compliance requirements are met
Providing advanced and specific experience to developing processes and implementing robust solutions focusing on Cyber Security while minimizing integration costs and maximizing flexibility
Acting as a subject matter expert for OT information security principles and practices and promoting a culture of security throughout the organization
Maintaining and ensuring a common OT cybersecurity reference architecture model based on industry trends and industry leading practice
Supporting business divisions in creating tailored architectural designs in compliance with industry standards and group-wide cybersecurity reference architecture model
Defining the content and strategy for a continuous OT security roadmap planning and act as architectural expert
Enabling a complete, accurate and up-to-date inventory of all security solutions, components and tools deployed within the OT environment

Qualifikationen
Professional certifications in ICS/OT security (e.g. GICSP, GRID) and/or vendors (Siemens, SE, Rockwell, Nozomi, etc.) is beneficial
Excellent understanding of relevant data security regulations relevant to critical infrastructure (NIS)
Solid communication and presentations skills
Excellent German and English skills

Erfahrung
You have at least 9 years of relevant professional experience, especially in in the field of industrial cyber security and industrial control systems, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
Strong knowledge and understanding as well as experience in implementing IT/OT cybersecurity international and regional standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP)
Advanced experience in adopting and implementing security architecture methodologies such as SABSA, Zachman and/or TOGAF

Ausbildung
You have a Master´s degree in fields such as Automation, Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
