In your new role you will:

Manage medium size product development projects / sub projects with strong connection to Frontend technologies and Backend processes
Be fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget)
Manage and control the entire project life-cycle as main contact person for all questions regarding the project
Organize the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone
Conduct a forward-looking risk management - in close cooperation with your stakeholders, where you identify possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios
Continuously focus on project quality , assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges

Project Management

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree (university/FH) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or equivalent
At least 4 years of practical work experience in semiconductor design or product engineering
First experience in project management (initiation, planning and closing)
Knowledge of agile processes and principles as a plus
Know-how in Frontend technologie s and Backend processes (as an advantage)
Solid MS Office and MS Project skills
Excellent English skill s , German as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
